  Barely slept throughout the week as beds are rock solid and uncomfortable.

  A nice location but overall disappointing. We booked this as a last minute holiday. We regret booking this so save your money and book somewhere else. Food is poor quality and cold, despite as advertised this is not an English speaking hotel, staff are a mixed bag of pleasant and rude. In the restaurant English diners are treat second class to Spanish diners with our drinks orders taken last after Spanish diners. On arrival we often heard restaurant staff talking about us in Spanish, which didn't help.

  We did upgrade to a suite as thomas cook wrongly advised us that a double room would be suitable. In booklet in room you can rent a safe for €23 for a week however ours expired on the 6th day with no real explanation from reception staff.

  In the restaurant the staff member Abel (I think that's his name) was very helpful and made a real effort to understand us and help us throughout the week.

  There a large pool with jacuzzi however, during the Spanish siesta there is no life guard on cover so do your best not to drown between 1-3. Entertainment was okay.

  Overall the restaurant is disorganised with 1 or 2 staff covering the whole restaurant. Although we are in Spain, staff treat plates and cups like Greeks at a wedding.

  Staff are absolutely amazing Hotel Amazing the only issue is with the tea time 8.30 is to late as my is 20 mouths old and sume time in bed so he sume miss a meal
